What Is a Penis Filler?

Some men may have concerns about the shape, size, or overall look of their penis, which may lead to them feeling less confident with lower self-esteem. These concerns may be a result of genetics or age-related changes to their body as they grow older. At Tru Male Medical, our knowledgeable medical professionals may have a treatment to resolve penile issues. Board certified in internal and geriatric medicine, Dr. Robert Marshall has been helping patients in Oak Brook, IL resolve their concerns for many years with penis fillers. Penis fillers are dermal filler injections of hyaluronic acid (HA), a natural component in the skin that can help enhance penis size by adding volume and making the skin tighter and smoother. Dr. Marshall administers penis fillers, also known as penis enlargement, nonsurgical penile enhancement, and nonsurgical phalloplasty, at Tru Male Medical. If you have questions about our penis enhancement treatment, contact our Oak Brook, IL staff today.

What Should I Expect from a Penis Filler Treatment?

Administered by injection while the patient is conscious, the penis filler can restore natural HA, which commonly decreases as you get older but stimulates collagen in the skin to create more volume. Dr. Marshall may use a combination of topical and local anesthesia to reduce any pain during the process. You should be able to return to normal activities almost immediately after the procedure, but you should wait a week or so before resuming sexual activity. Penis girth should noticeably increase within two weeks after filler injections.

What Are the Benefits of Penis Filler?

Penis filler treatments offer a safe and effective way to enhance male confidence and satisfaction. This minimally invasive procedure, gaining popularity across the U.S., focuses on increasing girth and overall appearance without the need for surgery. Here are some key benefits this treatment provides our Oak Brook, IL patients:

  • Non-Surgical Enhancement: Offers a noticeable increase in girth without the risks associated with surgery.
  • Quick Procedure with Minimal Downtime: Usually completed in under an hour, allowing for a swift return to daily activities.
  • Immediate Results: Visible improvements right after the procedure.
  • Customizable Treatment: Can be tailored to meet individual expectations and aesthetic goals.
  • Long-Lasting Effects: Results can last for a significant period, though periodic touch-ups may be necessary.

Am I a Candidate for a Penis Filler?

Our team evaluates each patient’s medical history and current health status to make an informed recommendation about getting a penis filler. Candidates for this procedure typically include men who are looking for aesthetic or psychological improvements related to the size of their penis. Men without significant penile conditions such as Peyronie's disease (which can cause curvature or deformity of the penis) may be considered better candidates. To be a suitable candidate, there are some key factors to consider, such as:

  • Have realistic expectations about the results of the procedure
  • Be in good physical health without any underlying conditions
  • Have a positive outlook and good mental health
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Be a non-smoker

The staff at trumale medical is very professional. I have had pellets and p-shot done so far, and I will be back! The front desk (Rosa) to Dr Marshall and Kelly (nurse practitioner) are very friendly and knowledgeable! I feel very comfortable speaking to them about a sensitive subject. I will be back for future treatments!

The staff is so welcoming here, Rose is amazing to talk to. She's easy to talk to, fantastic at helping with scheduling appointments, and helpful with setting up payment plans. Kelly is super smart and is easy to discuss desired goals and how different treatments can help achieve those results. While there are other offices that are closer to me, I go out of my way to see Rose and Kelly because they're that good.

I was hesitant at first, out right scared even. What made an initial big difference was within the first 2 visits I knew the staff / team were on my side. I was pretty low on the ED scale - which means not good - but my nurse practicioner Kelly said, "Don't worry. We have alot of ways to make this work. We are going to make it happen." I think that statement is one of the keys to success. My treatment has very much been for me as the individual; at the same time the staff shares what has worked with others, as much as can. I am doing a 1-year treatment program. Within my first month of treatment I had successful penetration. Within my first 2 months of treatment, my girlfriend and I had one of the best sex nights a person could ask for. Yes again everyone is different, be patient, stay the course, but my testimony is true. I'm now 4+ months into treatment. From my experience, here are some keys: 1) Be outright honest with your partner - "honesty is the best policy", lol. In this case it's true. The unquestioned full support I have makes all the difference. If you're partner isn't 100% supportive then you're probably not with the right person (Sorry :/). There's no doubt this is tough - we are sticking our necks out and deserve to be appreciated for it. 2) The Tru-Male staff. Kelly rocks it. She's a blast to work with. She's my therapist. Rosa at the front desk is awesome. She is so supportive; she's a good listener and has a ton of good advice. Danielle has been there for me the whole time. She helped me get things started and has been a cornerstone to success. I've had appointments with Rodney - he's awesome for sure. Everyone is so professional. They are all friends to me; they're definitely invited to my wedding some years down the road. What a table that'll be :) 3) How do we keep this going? That's a good question. Stick with your program. Don't slide on your part (most iomportant) of the therapy. Have faith. 4) Try to relax. Have faith in life. Love your partner. Love those around you.

About Us
Can anyone get penis fillers?

Most healthy adult men can opt for penis fillers, but a thorough consultation with Dr. Marshall is essential. Individuals with certain medical conditions or those taking specific medications may not be suitable candidates.

Are the results of penis fillers permanent?

No, the results of penis fillers are not permanent. The fillers are usually made of substances like hyaluronic acid, which the body eventually absorbs over time. The longevity of the results can vary depending on the type of filler used, but they generally last between 6 months to 2 years. To maintain the enhanced girth, follow-up treatments are typically required.

How soon can I have intercourse again after getting penis fillers?

The time you should abstain from intercourse after receiving penis fillers may vary depending on Dr. Marshall’s advice. However, most practitioners generally advise abstaining from sexual activity for about one week following the procedure. This allows the filler to properly settle and minimizes the risk of complications such as displacement or uneven distribution of the filler.
